Spring Gathering Schedule

The itinerary is somewhat flexible, with most time spent simply hanging out together.  OHC business is scheduled for review, discussion and voting at 1300 Friday, with Ring Issue at 1730.  Any unfinished business may be address by/at breakfast Sunday morning. 

OHC members traveling to TX will [rent vehicles] link up with OHC-TX in Dallas.  We will remain in Dallas overnight and pick up any late arrivals by 1200 CST on Friday.  Traveling members will depart Basecamp NLT 1100 to return rental cars and fly out.

Guns & Ammo for the Range

OHC-TX members will provide personal pistols for use on the range.  We can source 9mm & .45 cal ammunition locally.  Those who would like to participate, please get an OHC-TX member so we can acquire supplies in advance.     

Golf Course Considerations

We will all participate in the golf event. We need a solid headcount (RSVP) ASAP so we can make applicable reservations. Lake Waco Golf Club will supply our clubs and allow us to share. This is a BYOB course, so we will bring stocked coolers & shots. We can source cigars locally. Let Slaughter know if you’d like one.
