2024 Patch Holders’ Ride: Rocky Mountain Run


Rough Route approx. 647 miles over 3 days.

The annual Patch Holders’ Ride is scheduled to begin the morning of Tuesday, August 20th, in Golden CO, taking us through the Arapahoe and Rosevelt National Forests as well as the Rocky Mountain National Park and Arapahoe National Wildlife Refuge.

We will ride north along the Front Range, and then go west into the Rockies via Boulder Canyon to Nederland. At Nederland we will continue north to Estes Park, passing several +14,000” peaks along the way. To complete D01 we travel deeper into the mountains for our overnight in Steamboat Springs CO.

On Wednesday, D02, we ride the northwestern perimeter of the mountain range and then cut back to Laramie WY for our second overnight.

D03, Thursday, is hammer down on I-80 to meet up with the rest of OHC at Lake McConaughy NE for our Summer Gathering.
