Week 41: Live Your Values. Lift Others
Quote of the Week:
“If it is not right, do not do it: if it is not true, do not say it.”
- Marcus Aurelius, Meditations, 12.17, translated by George Long
The instruction is brief, but applying it requires judgment. We must examine the facts, consider who may be affected and choose a responsible action. That is the work of the week.
Weekly Objective
By Friday, identify the behaviors that express your values, use a deliberate pause before a consequential response, complete a useful contribution to another person and review your conduct honestly. Finish with one specific commitment you can carry into the following week.
