Alignment Meeting - Texas
Small council meeting to “right the ship”. This is a meeting focused on clarity for our path forward as a cohesive, effective Clan.
What is the point of all this?
What are our standards?
How will we enforce those standards?
Objective
Clarify our intent and align our efforts for the health and empowered future of OHC.
Tasks
Identify what OHC means to this small group and verify that against our bylaws.
Agree on specific unnegotiable standards.
Agree on accountability and remedy measures to enforce those standards.
Retreat, momentarily, from our daily lives and recharge among true brothers.
Results
Leave this meeting with a renewed sense of commitment to improving ourselves and our Clan.
Carry the message of our consensus to the additional brothers, respectively.
